As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our Process Systems division and are looking for an experienced Business Development Engineer to help develop our global skid and modular package business.

Position Overview
This role combines technical engineering knowledge with business development.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, licensors and end users, while also providing technical leadership for complex process system opportunities.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys both engineering and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for skid and modular process systems.

• Build relationships with EPC contractors, engineering consultants and end users.

• Promote ERGIL's process system capabilities globally.

• Identify projects during FEED and early engineering stages.

• Participate in customer meetings and technical presentations.

• Review RFQs, process data sheets, PFDs and P&IDs.

• Work closely with proposal, estimation and engineering teams.

• Support complex technical and commercial discussions.

• Assist regional sales engineers on technically demanding opportunities.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

• Represent ERGIL at exhibitions, conferences and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• 5–10 years of experience in process equipment, modular systems, package equipment or industrial engineered products.

• Experience with oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, water treatment or industrial process industries.

• Good understanding of process equipment and package engineering.

• Ability to read and discuss PFDs, P&IDs and technical specifications.

• Previous experience in business development, technical sales, application engineering or proposal engineering is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

## Requirements
