* Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in HR and Procurement, preferably in the construction industry.

* Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and government transactions.

* Experience in sourcing construction materials, supplier negotiation, LPO/PO preparation, and price comparison.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
