We provide turnkey design and build solutions for retail, commercial, F&B, hospitality, and residential sectors, combining creativity with technical excellence to create outstanding spaces.

As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a talented and passionate Interior Designer / Interior Architect to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, budget, and project objectives.

* Develop creative and practical interior design concepts that align with client expectations and project requirements.

* Prepare mood boards, space planning, concept presentations, and material selections.

* Produce detailed design drawings and coordinated shop drawings suitable for execution.

* Prepare furniture, joinery, and custom fixture drawings.

* Select appropriate finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories while considering functionality, and aesthetics.

* Ensure all designs comply with project specifications and industry standards.

* Attend client meetings, site visits, and design coordination meetings as required.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

* Minimum 2 years of experience with an interior fit-out contractor in the UAE.

* Strong knowledge of interior detailing, construction methods, materials, furniture, and joinery.

* Experience producing detailed shop drawings and coordinating construction documentation.

* Strong design, presentation, and visualization skills.

* Proficiency in:

* AutoCAD (Mandatory)

* 3ds Max

* SketchUp

* Microsoft Office

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

* UAE experience is mandatory.
