Senior Business Analyst (Airline Operations)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Client Site)

Salary: AED 14,000 – AED 17,000 / month

Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to drive technology and transformation initiatives within the Airline Operations Control and Crew Scheduling & Planning domain. The role is the bridge between operational stakeholders and technology teams — capturing, prioritizing, and delivering business requirements through successful UAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and elicitation workshops with operational teams

• Document current- and future-state processes; translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements

• Create and manage product backlogs, prioritizing with stakeholders against business objectives

• Contribute to RFI/RFP creation, evaluate vendor responses, and support solution selection

• Create comprehensive test cases and scenarios; coordinate testing and support business users through UAT

• Work closely with project managers, product owners, vendors, and technical teams to deliver initiatives

Required Technical Skills

• Requirements gathering and elicitation

• RFI/RFP creation and evaluation

• Backlog management and prioritization

• Test case generation and UAT support

• Airline Operations Control and Crew Scheduling & Planning domain experience — required

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of business analysis experience in Agile delivery environments
