## Description

What is EPIC?

The Emirati Procurement and Innovation Capability (EPIC) Programme is designed to accelerate your development through a combination of practical project experience, structured learning, and ongoing mentorship. You'll work alongside experienced Efficio consultants, contributing to complex client engagements across infrastructure, energy, and a range of other industries, while developing the technical, commercial, and consulting skills needed to succeed in procurement and supply chain.

Throughout the programme, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside experienced Efficio consultants on real client engagements.

• Gather, analyse, and interpret data to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and support decision-making.

• Contribute to procurement and supply chain transformation projects across infrastructure, energy, and a range of other industries.

• Develop core consulting skills, including problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presenting insights and recommendations.

• Learn through structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job development.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll transition into a full time role within TAQA Transmission's Procurement Department, where you'll continue your career and apply the experience gained through EPIC.

• A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
