## Description

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing a positive support experience.

What You'll Do: Customer Support

• Respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Team Support

• Attend training sessions and team meetings

• Work with team members to improve customer satisfaction

• Share feedback and ideas to improve support services

Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken English skills

• Good communication and listening abilities

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently from home

• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace

• Additional language skills are a plus
