What You'll Do

• Analyzing customer problems through data analysis, investigations and first hand studies

• Creating solutions to end customer problems detailing out workflows, user experience and system interactions

• Contributing to business cases through analysis of options, point of view creation

• Working with product engineering teams on potential new features or prototypes

• Initiate, analyse, propose and launch new product ideas (product development)

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of working experience

• Data-, performance and problem solving-oriented mindset

• Ability to learn fast and to come up with creative solutions to operational problems

• Eagerness to drive local insights into the essence of our products

What we would love to see

• 5+ years of working experience

• Experience working with dentists and doctors or in a beauty & health environment

• Fluent in English and Arabic
