About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales of our SaaS solutions. If you have a passion for technology, enjoy building client relationships, and have experience in B2B software sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals.

• Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline.

• Present and demonstrate our SaaS products to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the best solutions.

• Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to achieve sales targets.

• Keep CRM records updated and prepare regular sales reports.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.

• Experience selling SaaS or IT solutions is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Familiarity with CRM software and the sales process.

• Excellent English communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT services or software sales.

• Understanding of cloud-based applications and SaaS business models.

• Existing network of business contacts in the UAE is an advantage.
