Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, highly driven Sales Manager – Global Markets & Wealth Solutions to join our team in Dubai. This is a pure business development role focused on acquiring and managing institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth (HNWI) clients across the UAE and the wider GCC region.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between global market execution and bespoke wealth advisory. You will leverage your existing professional network and deep market expertise to drive revenue across an expansive product suite, including Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD), US Equities, Structured Notes, and US Pre-IPO Private Equity.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Actively hunt and onboard new institutional clients, corporate entities, family offices, and HNWIs across the GCC region.

Multi-Asset Product Placement: Promote a comprehensive suite of financial solutions, ranging from institutional commodities hedging (futures & options) to sophisticated wealth preservation products (Structured Notes & US Pre-IPO allocations).

Strategic Relationship Management: Conduct high-level presentations and meetings to showcase our offerings, address specific client investment goals, and build long-term portfolio loyalty.

Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets by driving sales, maximizing trading volume, and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities across asset classes.

Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end client onboarding journey, ensuring strict adherence to DFSA and UAE regulatory frameworks while educating clients on risk parameters.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales success within a reputable brokerage, investment bank, or private wealth management firm.

Asset Class Expertise: Strong working knowledge across multiple domains: Global Derivatives(commodities/metals execution), US Equity markets, and private market alternative structures.

Network: An active, existing client base in the GCC region. A transferable book of business is highly advantageous.

Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of DIFC (DFSA) and UAE regulatory environments governing derivatives trading and wealth advisory.

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills with institutional and HNWI audiences.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global markets environment.

Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic speaking capability is a strong advantage.

Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.

## Requirements
