The Role As Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle and play a central role in our growth strategy. This is a senior role with direct impact on company revenue and direction. What You Will Be Doing • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE and MENA, with a focus on F&B, Real Estate, and Hospitality brands • Build and manage a strong client pipeline with consistent monthly targets • Lead pitches, proposals, and high-value contract negotiations • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums • Report revenue performance and pipeline updates to senior leadership Who We Are Looking For • 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or key account management • An established network of decision-makers across UAE or MENA markets • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills • Experience in digital marketing or an agency environment is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing • Fluent in English, Arabic is a strong advantage • Immediate or short notice joiners preferred What We Offer • 4000 AED basic salary with commission slab (based on sales) Commission Percentage • AED 6,000 to AED 30,000 Commission will be 10% • AED 31,000 to AED 60,000 Commission will be 12% • AED 61,000 to AED 100,000 Commission will be 15% • AED 100,001 and above Commission will be 20% • Regional exposure across UAE and MENA markets • Clear career progression in a fast-growing company • A collaborative, performance-driven team culture • Based in Dubai with strong industry networking opportunities Probation and Confirmation of Employment • The Employee shall be appointed on a probation period of two (2) months from the date of joining.
