## Description

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead its people strategy across a dynamic, fast-paced business.

Reporting to senior leadership, you'll be responsible for driving the full HR agenda, including organisational development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and culture. This is a highly strategic role focused on supporting business growth, organisational transformation, and leadership capability across the region.

We're looking for someone wit

• 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant senior HR leadership

• Proven experience leading the full HR function and partnering with executive leadership

• Strong expertise across talent acquisition, organisational development, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operation

• Multi-country HR experience across the Middle East

• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA Labour Law and regional employment practices.

• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
