JWR is delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional General Manager opportunity within one of Dubai's most prestigious luxury lifestyle hotels.

This iconic luxury property offers a truly unique guest experience, combining outstanding design, world-class hospitality and an award-winning food and beverage offering. We are seeking an inspirational hotel leader to take full responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of this landmark hotel.

This role requires an exceptional General Manager with an established reputation within the Dubai luxury hotel market and a proven ability to deliver outstanding commercial performance, guest satisfaction and team engagement.

The Role

Reporting to senior regional leadership, you will have overall responsibility for the hotel's financial performance, operations, guest experience and people strategy. Working closely with a collection of renowned restaurant partners and senior stakeholders, you will ensure the hotel continues to strengthen its position as one of Dubai's leading luxury lifestyle destinations.

About You

• Current or recent General Manager within a luxury hotel in Dubai.

• Proven experience operating within the UAE luxury hospitality market is essential.

• Strong commercial acumen with an excellent track record of driving revenue, profitability and market performance.

• Experience leading high-performing Rooms and Food & Beverage operations within a luxury environment.

• Inspirational leader with exceptional people development and stakeholder management skills.

• Passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences and operational excellence.
