## Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company’s strategic marketing initiatives and elevate the brand’s position within the luxury architecture and design industry. This role requires a visionary marketing leader with extensive experience in luxury branding, high-end client engagement, digital marketing, and business growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the UAE luxury market, with proven expertise in developing sophisticated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support long-term business expansion. Previous experience within luxury architecture, premium real estate, high-end interior design, or related sectors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives and growth plans.

• Position Dubai Imperium Group as a distinguished leader within the luxury architecture and design sector across the UAE and GCC markets.

• Lead brand development initiatives, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, visual identity, and brand messaging.

• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify strategic opportunities and strengthen market positioning.

• Oversee the development of premium marketing collateral, including corporate profiles, presentations, portfolios, project case studies, brochures, and client proposals.

• Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on brand visibility, lead generation, and client acquisition.

• Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, paid social media campaigns, email marketing, and website optimization initiatives.

• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.

• Strengthen the company’s digital presence through engaging content showcasing projects, thought leadership, innovation, and company achievements.

• Manage website strategy, landing pages, and digital assets to maintain a world-class online brand experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, developers, consultants, investors, and strategic partners.

• Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to support lead conversion and revenue growth initiatives.

• Oversee CRM management, lead nurturing strategies, and personalized client engagement campaigns.

• Develop tailored marketing experiences and VIP engagement strategies targeting elite clientele and luxury market segments.

• Lead all PR and media activities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen the company’s reputation within the luxury market.

• Build strategic relationships with media agencies, journalists, influencers, and industry publications.

• Manage press releases, corporate announcements, interviews, media coverage, and thought leadership opportunities.

• Represent the company at luxury design exhibitions, networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

• Plan and execute exclusive client events, luxury networking experiences, seminars, and corporate showcases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 12 to 15 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within luxury architecture, premium real estate, high-end interior design, or luxury lifestyle brands.

• Proven track record in luxury brand positioning, strategic marketing, and high-value client acquisition.

• Advanced expertise in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media strategy, and marketing automation platforms.

• Strong experience in CRM management, client relationship development, and stakeholder engagement.
