We are hiring for Manager/Sr Manager/Associate Director - Software Sales for a leading IT Software company at Dubai Location.

Looking for candidates from GCC/Dubai only.

Position : Manager/Sr Manager/Associate Director - Software Sales

Exp: 5+ years

Location: Dubai

Type : Full Time, Permanent

Job Description:

• Strong expertise in Software Sales and proficiency in utilizing software tools for sales operations

• Exp in Software sales in GCC region .

• Identify and qualify leads using both traditional and digital channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the GCC region.

• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT solutions

• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure alignment with market dynamics and organizational goals

• Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships

• Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs.

• Navigate cultural and business nuances to optimize client engagements and outcomes.

• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions effectively and tailor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred).

• Experience: 6+ years of IT sales experience, with a strong focus on GCC markets.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
