As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will provide strategic leadership and full P&L ownership while driving business growth, operational excellence, digital transformation, and organizational performance.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will lead the business into its next phase of expansion while strengthening relationships with insurers, regulators, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.

## Requirements

Experience as CEO/Managing Director/Country Head/General Manager/Executive Director with strong UAE insurance market expertise. Minimum 18+ years in the Insurance industry, with at least 8–10 years leading an insurance brokerage or insurance business. Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (MBA and ACII/FCII/CII preferred).
