## Description

Job Purpose

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visually compelling and culturally relevant design solutions that strengthen brand identity and engagement across multiple platforms. The role requires strong creative leadership, hands-on design expertise, and a deep understanding of GCC cultural norms to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with regional audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop impactful visual concepts and produce high-quality creative assets across multiple formats, including digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

• Ensure all design work strictly adheres to established brand identity, visual standards, and corporate guidelines.

• Produce and oversee artwork such as infographics, animation assets, videos, packaging designs, mockups, and production-ready materials.

• Translate marketing and business requirements into creative solutions that are engaging, effective, and culturally appropriate for GCC audiences.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, communication, and digital teams to deliver cohesive and on-brand creative outputs.

• Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency before final production.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the regional market.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Native Arabic speaker with strong professional proficiency in English.

• 6–8 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating multi-format creative work.

• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, motion/animation tools, and basic video editing software).

• Experience working within established brand guidelines and corporate environments.
