We're Hiring | Business Development Manager (Forex / Trading)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing Forex & Trading team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development.

• Previous experience in a Forex, CFD, or Proprietary Trading company is mandatory.

• Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

• Must have an existing client book/network with the ability to onboard and retain active traders.

• Fluency in Russian is highly preferred. Candidates fluent in other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, etc.) are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong sales, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to identify new business opportunities and consistently achieve growth targets.

• candidates must have an existing client book.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business growth strategies.

• Acquire and manage high-value clients and IBs.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Expand the company's presence across international markets.
