We're Hiring: Site Engineer – Abu Dhabi

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

📅 Contract Duration: 15th August 2026 – 29th April 2027

Join a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. We are hiring a Site Engineer on behalf of a leading design and construction delivery organization supporting a high-profile development project in the UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale infrastructure development involving civil, landscape, and electro-mechanical works.

Project Scope

The project includes:

• Groundworks and earthworks

• Roadworks and associated infrastructure

• Fencing works

• Landscaping works

• Electro-mechanical (MEP) works

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor progress and support timely delivery of site activities.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

• Review technical documents, drawings, and method statements.

• Support testing, inspections, and project handover activities.

• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience, preferably on infrastructure or large-scale development projects.

• Experience in roadworks, earthworks, landscaping, fencing, and MEP coordination is preferred.

• Good understanding of construction methodologies, quality standards, and HSE practices.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
