Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at VCA is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinate performance management processes, and assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. The role also involves providing guidance to managers and team members on HR-related matters, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with VCA’s culture and values. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR functions and supporting organizational objectives. • Candidates should possess practical expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies, including implementing procedures, maintaining documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations capabilities, including handling queries, resolving concerns, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace. • Relevant experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training coordination is beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in the events, creative, or cultural sectors in an international environment is a plus.
