• Ability to source properties through networking, cold calling, and referrals

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage

• Existing client & listings database is a plus
