Position Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant will support the day-to-day warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate handling of inventory, documentation, and shipment processing. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound activities, maintaining records, and using warehouse systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching cargo.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely processing.

• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.

• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation and reports.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and timely deliveries.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.

• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
