We're Hiring: Property Consultant — Off-Plan & Secondary | Business Bay, Dubai

You close the deal. Then you wait until "god knows when" to get paid. That's the part of Dubai real estate nobody warns you about — and the part we decided to fix.

At most brokerages, agents are a number on a leaderboard, one of 300, ranked and hoped for. We built [Company Name] on the opposite principle: back the right people properly.

14 years in the market. Two owned offices, including our premium Business Bay HQ. And terms that answer the question every agent asks first.

The split:

→ Company leads: 50/50

→ Your own leads: 60/40

→ Roadshows: 30% — with flights and accommodation fully covered by the company

What else you get:

• Commission paid the same month the SPA is signed and received — never held, never pushed to "next month"

• Commission advances available

• Full portal and listing support — you never fund your own leads

• International roadshows and the stability of a brokerage that owns its offices

Who we're looking for:

• Knowledge of the off-plan market, secondary market, or both

• 6+ months of UAE real estate experience preferred — freshers with a genuine sales mindset are welcome to apply

• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
