We're Hiring | Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: B2B Conferences & Exhibitions

Salary : 5,000 to 7,000 depending on experience

Great Minds Events Management is looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team.

If you have experience in B2B conferences, exhibitions, or event marketing and enjoy delivering high-impact marketing campaigns, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for international conferences and exhibitions.

• Drive delegate registrations through email marketing, digital marketing, social media, and strategic partnerships.

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Design, and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.

• Manage event websites, content updates, and campaign performance.

• Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to execute targeted campaigns.

• Monitor campaign KPIs and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.

• Support media partnerships, speaker promotions, and event branding initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the B2B events, exhibitions, or conference industry.

• Strong understanding of marketing, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
