## Description

Maje Stay Real Estate is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate and have experience in both off-plan and secondary market properties, this is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career with a dynamic and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to build a strong client portfolio.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

• Promote and sell off-plan projects from Dubai's leading developers.

• Manage secondary market property listings and transactions.

• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.

• Negotiate offers and successfully close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches.

• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.

• Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.

• Proven track record in off-plan and secondary market sales.

• RERA certification is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
