The Gig As our Account Manager, you are the champion for our clients and the brains behind their campaign success. This is a hybrid role of relationship building and hands-on performance execution. You will directly own client relationships, manage their budgets, and dive into the ad managers to optimize performance. • Location: Dubai (Hybrid - Work From Home most days, with occasional team days at AstroLabs JLT) • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience • Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Be Doing • Client Relationship & Retention: Be the trusted, proactive face of JOGO. You’ll manage client expectations, lead strategic calls, present performance reports, and keep clients excited about our partnership. • Campaign Execution & Strategy: Get hands-on with the ad managers. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads (SEM). • Performance Accountability: Keep a hyper-focused eye on the data. Monitor ROAS, CPA, and lead quality daily. You are directly responsible for the health and performance of your accounts. • Data & Organization: Use Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Slides) to keep assets organized, crunch campaign numbers, and build clean, transparent reports. • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to ensure ad visuals and copy are constantly optimized based on hard performance data. Who You Are • An Experienced Media Buyer: You have 2+ years of hands-on experience running Paid Social and Search campaigns. You know your way around Ads Managers like the back of your hand. • Self-Driven & Highly Accountable: You don’t need a babysitter. You take pride in meeting deadlines, proactively solving client issues, and keeping the team updated without being asked. • An Excellent Communicator: Your English is flawless, confident, and warm. You can explain complex data to a client in a clear, strategic way. • A Problem Solver: When a campaign’s performance dips, you don’t wait for someone to tell you; you’re already digging into the data to find the fix. • The Languages (Big Plus!): Because our clients span from Europe to the Middle East, fluency in French and/or Arabic is a massive advantage.
