TalentHive is an ambitious executive search and talent advisory business with a growing reputation across the GCC for delivering exceptional talent solutions.

As our Technology practice continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive the next phase of our growth across the region.

This is a pure hunting role focused on winning new Technology clients across the GCC.

Working alongside an established delivery team, you'll focus exclusively on building relationships, developing strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth—without the distraction of delivery responsibilities.

Our vision is to build one of the GCC's leading Technology recruitment practices, and we're looking for someone who wants to play a key role in that journey.

As the practice continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own Technology-focused commercial team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive new business across the GCC Technology market.

• Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CHROs and senior hiring leaders.

• Identify and secure new partnerships across AI, FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data, Gaming, Product & Engineering and Digital sectors.

• Develop and execute a proactive commercial growth strategy.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.

• Lead commercial meetings, proposals and contract negotiations.

• Represent TalentHive across the regional Technology ecosystem through networking and industry engagement.

• Partner with our delivery team to ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Consistently exceed commercial growth and revenue targets.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially driven Technology recruitment professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and winning new business.

To be successful, you'll have:

• A proven track record in Technology Recruitment, Technology Executive Search or Technology Talent Solutions.

• Demonstrated success winning new business within the Technology sector.

• Strong understanding of the GCC Technology market.

• Experience engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

• A consultative, relationship-led approach with excellent commercial and negotiation skills.

• A proactive, resilient and entrepreneurial mindset.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months, you'll:

• Become the commercial face of TalentHive's Technology practice.

• Build a strong portfolio of strategic Technology clients across the GCC.

• Expand our presence across key Technology sectors.

• Help position TalentHive as a leading Technology talent partner within the region.

• Lay the foundations for building and leading your own Technology commercial team as the practice continues to scale.
