We are currently recruiting a Store Manager (Arabic) for our client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of a leading consumer electronics retail store in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing and developing store staff, and enhancing brand visibility. This role requires a proactive leader with strong sales acumen, retail management experience, and established business networks within Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience.

• Lead, coach, and motivate store employees to achieve business objectives and performance targets.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, merchandising standards, and retail loss prevention initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Support marketing, promotional, and PR activities to enhance brand awareness and store performance.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.

• Maintain effective communication with staff, customers, and senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a Store Manager/Supervisor role.

• Experience in electronics, mobile, or computer showroom sales.

• Native Arabic speaker is required.

• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Experience working with multicultural teams.

• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market with an established customer network.

• Customer-focused, adaptable, and quick to learn.

• Energetic, solution-oriented professional who performs well under pressure.
