## Description

Head of Operations – Forex / CFD Brokerage Position

Experience:

Workmode : On-site

Work Location: Dubai

Notice: Immediate to 15 days

For a UAE-based multi-asset brokerage licensed and regulated by CMA (Capital Market Authority), we are seeking an experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in Forex, CFDs, OTC derivatives, and financial services. The successful candidate will oversee all operational functions of the brokerage, ensuring efficient client onboarding, payment processing, regulatory compliance support, trading operations, risk controls, and back-office management. The candidate must have experience working with regulated brokers and possess deep knowledge of MT5, CRM systems, payment providers, KYC/AML procedures, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

-Lead daily brokerage operations.

-Manage onboarding, account opening, and client servicing.

-Develop and improve operational policies and procedures.

-Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Dealing, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support teams.

2. Client Onboarding & KYC

-Supervise account opening processes.

-Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements.

-Monitor client due diligence and enhanced due diligence procedures.

3. Payments & Treasury

-Oversee deposits and withdrawals.

-Manage relationships with banks, PSPs, and payment gateways.

-Reconcile client funds and operational accounts.

-Monitor payment processing turnaround times.

4. Trading Operations

-Manage MT5 operational setup and controls.

-Coordinate with dealing desk and liquidity providers.

-Monitor trade booking, execution issues, corporate actions, and operational risks.

-Review client classifications and trading behavior.

5. Regulatory & Compliance

-Support Work closely with Compliance and MLRO.

-Support regulatory reporting and audits.

-Ensure adherence to SCA policies and internal controls.

-Maintain operational records and documentation.

6. Systems & Technology

-Manage CRM, MT5, Client Portal, Back Office, and payment integrations.

-Coordinate with technology vendors and developers.

-Lead system enhancements and automation projects.

7. Team Management

-Lead and mentor operations staff.

-Establish KPIs and performance metrics.

-Recruit and train operational personnel.

Requirements

1. Experience

-Minimum 7-10 years with regulated brokers in Forex/CFD brokerage operations in UAE/GCC markets is highly desirable.

2. Technical Knowledge

-MT5 Manager & Administrator.

-CRM systems (Zoho, FX Back Office, B2Core, HubSpot, etc.).

-PSPs and banking operations.

-Client money reconciliation.

-KYC/AML processes.

-Liquidity management and brokerage operations.
