## Description

Ajmal Estate Developer is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager / Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in Dubai real estate sales and an established network within the brokerage community, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients.

• Drive property sales and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's broker and client network.

• Conduct project presentations, property viewings, and negotiations with prospective buyers and partners.

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, product updates, and regulatory changes, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth sales transactions.

• Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry gatherings.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong network among brokers and channel partners across Dubai/UAE.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and current regulations.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
