## Description

Business Development Executive

Location: Dubai

Industry: Accounting | Tax | Business Setup | Corporate Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Promote the company's business setup, accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and CFO advisory services.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, licensing procedures, and market trends.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

• Experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, Accounting, Tax Consultancy, CA Firms, or Professional Services is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of UAE company formation, licensing procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach.

• Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or CFO advisory services will be an advantage.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

• A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
