## Description

LACASA is looking for a talented Design Architect to join our Concept Design Department.

If you're passionate about creating innovative architectural concepts and have experience working in an architectural consultancy environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in architectural design.

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in an architectural consultancy.

• Strong concept design, master planning, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3Ds MAX, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.

• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and industry standards.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative architectural concepts from project inception.

• Prepare concept presentations, design reports, and client presentations.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

• Ensure designs align with project requirements, local regulations, and client expectations.
