Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing clear and accurate information about Emire’s services and scheduling. The role involves resolving customer issues, coordinating with operations and field teams, and following up to ensure service completion and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include updating customer records, processing service requests, managing complaints with a solutions-focused approach, and maintaining adherence to company policies and service standards. The representative will also support continuous improvement by gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.

• Experience enhancing Customer Experience and working effectively as Customer Service Representatives in service-oriented environments.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and work accurately under time constraints.

• Comfort using CRM systems, call management tools, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).

• Professional, courteous demeanor with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or related industries is a plus.

• High school diploma required; further education in business, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
