We're Hiring: HR Executive

Company: Asyan Properties

Location: Dubai, UAE

Asyan Properties is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in a real estate brokerage company.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.

• Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

• Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and employee documentation.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

• Coordinate visa processing and other HR administrative tasks.

• Work closely with management to support business growth and HR objectives.
