Job Title: Architect Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Engineering Consultancy Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years of UAE Experience in an Engineering Consultancy Project Experience: G+4 / G+5 Residential and Commercial Buildings Job Summary: Client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our Engineering Consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design, authority approvals, project coordination, and construction support for residential and commercial building projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of UAE regulations, excellent design capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design & Development: • Prepare concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects. • Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and material specifications. • Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and compliant with client requirements and project objectives. • Review and optimize designs to meet project budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements. Drawings & Technical Documentation: • Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of all architectural deliverables. • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural samples submitted by contractors. • Coordinate with drafting teams to maintain drawing standards and project requirements. Authority Approvals & Coordination: • Prepare and submit architectural drawings and documentation for approvals from Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities. • Address authority comments and revise drawings as required to secure approvals. • Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
