## Description

Mai Dubai Bottled Drinking Water is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Distribution to support and oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations across multiple sites. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, timely order fulfillment, and operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on warehouse professional with strong FMCG experience who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead teams to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and manage daily warehouse and distribution operations across multiple warehouse locations.

• Plan and coordinate material flow to meet production and sales requirements.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control and regular physical stock counts.

• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely product movement.

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Maintain warehouse documentation, reports, process records, and safety compliance.

• Supervise and coach warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and forklift operators.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Support warehouse expansion, process optimization, and operational improvement projects.

• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to ensure business continuity.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• Additional qualification in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

• 7–10 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.

• Experience managing high-volume warehouse operations and multiple warehouse locations is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) or other ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• GCC experience is preferred.

## Requirements
