What You Will Do

• Source: identify and engage real estate agents and sales leaders through LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach

• Manage: run the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer across Secondary, Off-plan, and back-office roles

• Partner: work closely with hiring managers to define needs, align on profiles, and prioritise vacancies

• Screen: conduct structured interviews and assess candidates against clear scorecards and market benchmarks

• Advise: share market insights, salary benchmarks, and sourcing strategies with hiring managers and leadership

• Track: maintain accurate pipelines and reports to keep hiring visible, measurable, and on schedule

• Represent: promote Metropolitan's employer brand to deliver a standout candidate experience at every touchpoint

We're looking for a recruiter who knows the Dubai real estate market and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - someone who can spot great talent quickly and move with speed and ownership. We're open on seniority: the grade and package will reflect your background.

• Experience: proven recruitment background within UAE real estate, hiring agents and sales professionals

• Sourcing skills: confident headhunting via LinkedIn, social media, and referrals, beyond relying on job boards

• Market knowledge: strong understanding of Dubai's brokerage landscape, commission structures, and candidate motivations

• Communication: excellent spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus

• Pace and ownership: comfortable managing multiple vacancies independently and delivering to tight timelines

• People sense: sharp judgement of character, motivation, and cultural fit beyond the CV

• Drive: proactive, resilient, and genuinely motivated by connecting great people with the right opportunity
