## Description

Role: Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our international team in the Oil & Gas industry.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, treasury function, and financial strategy while partnering closely with senior management to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the overall finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance

* Manage treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and international payment processes

* Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability

* Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance with applicable financial regulations

* Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support executive decision-making

* Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving process improvements

* Partner with business leaders across multiple international jurisdictions

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

* Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role

* Previous experience in trading environment is mandatory

* Strong expertise in treasury management, cash management, banking operations, and international payments

* Experience managing finance across multiple countries and legal entities

* Fluent Russian and English are mandatory

* Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly desirable

* Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism
