## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary processing. If you have a strong accounting background and experience in payroll administration, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Prepare payroll journals, reports, and reconciliations.

• Maintain payroll records and employee payroll data.

• Respond to employee payroll-related queries.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate payroll audits and maintain supporting documentation.

• Review payroll processes and recommend improvements.

• Verify salary adjustments, deductions, and employee benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of payroll accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and accounting principles.

• Experience with payroll software such as Gusto, OnPay, Xero, or similar ERP/payroll systems.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet strict deadlines.

• Professional payroll certifications (CPP/FPC) are an advantage.
