## Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to join our client's transformation programme focused on delivering customer experience (CX) technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of end-to-end IT projects, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business value. This role requires a strong delivery-focused project manager with excellent stakeholder management skills and experience managing complex technology programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and handover.

• Lead the successful delivery of IT projects focused on customer experience and digital transformation.

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.

• Work closely with business, technology, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide regular project updates to senior leadership.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

• Focus on delivering solutions that improve customer journeys and create tangible business value.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering technology transformation projects.

• Experience managing Customer Experience (CX), CRM, digital, or customer-facing technology initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and delivery frameworks.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

• Commercially aware with a strong focus on business outcomes and value delivery.

• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

This is a 12-month contract role based in Dubai.
