## Description

Deals Experts Real Estate is looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in UAE real estate sales, and the ability to drive team performance while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Real Estate Agents.

• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.

• Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate sales experience.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree.
