## Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Civil Engineer with proven UAE experience to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Dubai Municipality Engineering License (G+4, G+12, or Unlimited) and have hands-on experience in managing building construction projects, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, and delivering projects within schedule and budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from planning through completion.

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.

• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budgets.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

• Review material specifications and approve construction methodologies.

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with approved drawings and applicable codes.

• Attend project meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
