Sales Manager – Off Plan Real Estate | Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Off Plan Sales team. If you have a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market, a passion for developing people, and the ability to drive exceptional sales performance, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Off Plan Property Consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing real estate professionals.

• Conduct daily sales meetings, coaching sessions, and one-on-one performance reviews.

• Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, lead conversion, and overall team productivity.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading developers and key industry stakeholders.

• Ensure consultants maintain exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, and lead generation initiatives.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates for senior management.

• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new project launches.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, including at least 2 years managing an Off Plan sales team.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai's Off Plan market and developer network.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

• UAE driving licence preferred.
