Job Purpose

Assist the HR Operations Manager in delivering robust HR operations, governance, and compliance. Act as a key support to HR Business Partners to ensure accurate people processes and regulatory adherence, directly impacting organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR Operations contact for HRBPs, supporting employee lifecycle and organizational changes through accurate systems and documentation.

• Maintain HRMS data integrity as checker for all HRBP-approved actions, ensuring audit trails and controls.

• Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, documentation, communication, and ensure timely provision of access, equipment, and office space.

• Manage visa, work permit, medical/life insurance additions, and leave/attendance reconciliation, liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Process HR admin tasks: insurance actions, purchase requisitions/orders, attendance reporting, and procurement for new joiners.

• Handle employee exit formalities, asset returns, labor/visa cancellations, pension registrations, and updates.

• Provide timely salary, NOC, and employment certificates; support HR initiatives and complete administrative duties efficiently.

• Mentor HR Officers, conduct self-audits for compliance risk, and interpret UAE Labor Law for practical application.

• Prepare dashboards, analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, cost per hire, engagement), and recommend data-driven HR interventions.

• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements (CBUAE, DFSA, VARA); support inspections, audits, and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions.

Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Certifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or a related field.

• HR certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience, ideally within the banking industry.

Technical & Role-Specific Competencies

• Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government relations best practices.

• Strong data integrity and HRMS management experience.

• Proficient in attendance management, HR administration, and report analytics.

• Excellent communication, client orientation, and teamwork skills.

• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
