## Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Unique Properties is expanding and looking to hire a Graphic Designer to complement the Marketing Team. The ideal candidate would have at least 1-3 year of work experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in the UAE and in real estate.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for creating graphic designs and artworks for digital marketing campaigns, corporate branding and all business-related initiatives

• Responsible for design social media creatives (Organic & Campaign)

• Study design briefs, determine requirements, and budget constraints

• Schedule projects and conceptualize visuals based on the set requirements

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs necessary for the business using software or by hand, in appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

• Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions with copywriters and creative directors ultimately resulting in final design ideas

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

• Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback

• Maintain the quality of the photos of the company listings from various property portals and remove watermarks from old listings

• Responsible of editing and resizing images and photographs for internal use as well as for SEO optimization and overall company image

• Responsible of designing marketing communication materials (i.e., flyers, brochures etc.) for events and POS

• Responsible to follow the company brand guidelines and implement them in every design

• Responsible for preparing agent’s personal campaign and communication creatives

• Follow content calendar & design daily social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.

• Design hiring posts and other corporate communication posts for HR to post on LinkedIn and company SM accounts

• Responsible to design all corporate communication material and branded content such as corporate profile, induction trainings etc.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or an equivalent degree of Marketing or Advertisement preferred

• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, ideally in real estate

• Proficiency in using design software and technologies (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

• Fluent in English

• Outstanding multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and

• Team player

• Digital Portfolio (must)
