Sales Manager – Cybersecurity & AI Solutions

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

Our client is a well-established technology company delivering Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions to enterprise customers across the UAE and GCC. Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team in Dubai.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive new business and manage enterprise customer relationships for our Cybersecurity and AI solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience selling enterprise technology solutions and a strong passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline.

* Develop and manage relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.

* Understand customer requirements and position appropriate Cybersecurity and AI solutions.

* Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

* Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customer solutions.

* Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.

* Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

* 4–8 years of B2B technology sales experience.

* Experience selling Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Software, SaaS, or Managed Services solutions.

* Strong business development and account management skills.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Experience working with enterprise customers in the UAE/GCC is preferred.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Knowledge

Exposure to one or more of the following is an advantage:

* Cybersecurity solutions (SOC, SIEM, EDR, IAM, Cloud Security, Network Security)

* AI and Generative AI solutions

* Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
