## Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in both traditional design and AI-powered creative tools to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating premium visual assets across digital, print, packaging, branding and marketing channels while leveraging AI technologies to enhance creativity, productivity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, generate creative concepts, enhance visuals, automate workflows, and improve overall design efficiency while maintaining originality and brand integrity.

• Design high-quality creative assets for digital and print marketing, including social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, catalogs, presentations and promotional materials.

• Create premium product packaging, labels, product inserts, POS materials, and retail marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.

• Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, training materials and sales presentations.

• Maintain consistency across all brand communications while ensuring a premium visual identity.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Management to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.

• Create AI-assisted visual concepts, mood boards, product mockups, and campaign creatives using industry-leading AI platforms.

• Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print with strong attention to technical specifications and quality standards.

• Edit, retouch, and enhance product photography, lifestyle imagery, and marketing visuals.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI technologies, creative tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

Requirements

• Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools,

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Mandatory experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury, or premium consumer products industry.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into the creative workflow while maintaining originality, quality, and brand consistency.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Experience producing social media content and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.

• Experience in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.

• Experience working with AI-assisted content creation, prompt engineering, and creative workflow optimization.

• Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media trends.
