## Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Director – Treasury Operations & Financial Services to lead treasury operations, banking relationships, financial controls, and operational governance across multiple entities. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving process excellence, managing risk, supporting business expansion, and ensuring efficient treasury and funding operations within a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations, banking relationships, and cash management activities across the organization.

• Oversee banking platform administration, user access controls, and treasury governance frameworks.

• Support the onboarding of new entities and ensure appropriate treasury, finance, and operational controls are established.

• Drive operational excellence across settlements, payments, funding, and treasury processes.

• Develop and enhance risk management frameworks, controls, and reporting metrics including KPIs, KRIs, and SLAs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.

• Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable operating models.

• Provide strategic support to senior leadership on treasury, liquidity, and operational risk matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

• 10+ years of experience within treasury operations, banking, payments, financial services, or fintech environments.

• Strong understanding of treasury management, banking infrastructure, financial controls, and risk management.

• Proven experience leading large-scale operational functions and driving process transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing banking relationships, multi-entity structures, and treasury governance frameworks.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a fintech, digital banking, payments, or global financial services organization.

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of data analytics, advanced Excel, SQL, or process automation tools.
