Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activities, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for Emeron Group’s electromechanical and construction chemical services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered, as well as monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales plans. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and reporting progress to leadership while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development, and account management experience, ideally within electromechanical, construction, or related industrial sectors.

• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and contract handling, with the ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales.

• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and use data to forecast and report on sales performance.

• Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Experience working in the Middle East market, with understanding of local regulations, business practices, and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.

• Comfort working on-site, collaborating with technical teams, and visiting customer locations, project sites, and partners as required.

• High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
