## Description

An established Tier 1 main contractor in Dubai is looking for a Commercial Director to take ownership of commercial performance across a live portfolio of major projects.

- Full accountability for commercial strategy, contract administration, and financial performance across the project portfolio

- Leading and developing the commercial and QS team, setting standards for cost control, valuations, and reporting

- Managing main contract and subcontract negotiations, ensuring risk is identified and controlled at every stage

- Working closely with project directors and senior leadership on bid strategy, margin protection, and dispute resolution

- Overseeing cash flow, WIP reporting, and final account settlement across projects

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in the UAE, extensive experience managing commercial teams on large scale projects, and a proven record of protecting margin and resolving disputes.

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. MRICS desirable.
