Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Way2home – International Real Estate Agency. The Real Estate Agent will identify and qualify prospective buyers, present suitable luxury properties, and guide clients through the entire purchase process from initial consultation to closing. Daily tasks include conducting virtual property tours, managing listings, handling inquiries, negotiating offers, and coordinating with developers, legal advisors, and financial institutions. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, preparing accurate documentation, and delivering responsive, high-quality customer service tailored to the needs of Indian and international clients. The agent will collaborate digitally with internal teams to align on marketing strategies, client follow-ups, and portfolio development.
